The Stella
The Stella ($125.00)
The Stella is a blue floral horsehair topper of a more traditional silhouette. The blue stands as a rich foundation for the pink, salmon, and yellow roses on the crown. The overlapping sweeps of blue create movement that results in an almost musical shadow over the eyes and gentle wave-like ripples that flatter she who wears The Stella.
It retains a secure placement with two black elastics that are hidden under the crown to be recessed when not used.
Additionally, there is a cutwork lace lining that allows for an Alice band or headband to be slid under the lace for an equally secure wearing. Its light, hand-made, and serves as the exact accessory for any occasion, especially for spring and summer. As with most of my pieces, I recommend that one would move to the mirror and place the piece while rotating it slowly to find the placement that you like most and lower it to angle over one eye or the other.
